Upcoming Property: Banyan Cay Resort in West Palm Beach

The partly built Banyan Cay Resort & Golf Club in West Palm Beach Resort was originally to be operated by Noble Hotels. But we’ve now learned, after a stall in the project, that the resort will fly the Destination Hotels by Hyatt flag.

The planned $100 million resort is just east of Interstate 95, off of Congress Avenue and north of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.

Banyan Cay is slated for 150 hotel rooms, a pool, 5,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, plus a conference center, all designed in the British West Indies style.

The resort, which is back under construction, is slated to be completed by fall 2020.
